How a peptide is shipped is part of its quality. Every order leaves our facility seated in a protective hard case — foam-lined and impact-resistant — engineered to protect every vial from our facility to your door.
Free branded carrying case with every 6-vial order. Order six or more vials and the reusable Pure American Peptides case ships free — yours to keep. While supplies last.
Order Processing
All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We use EasyPost to select the optimal carrier for every shipment based on speed, reliability, and cost. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-5 business days. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout for time-sensitive orders.

Vials ship seated in a foam-lined, latching hard case — not a padded envelope — so they arrive protected from impact and pressure in transit. Order six or more vials and the reusable Pure American Peptides branded carrying case ships free and is yours to keep — while supplies last.
Tracking Information
Real-time tracking is provided for every shipment. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. You can also check your order status at any time by contacting info@pureamericanpeptides.com.

Orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States. This applies automatically at checkout — no promo code required.
Return Policy
- Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Products must be in their original sealed packaging with tamper-evident seals intact.
- Temperature-sensitive items that have been opened or show signs of improper storage cannot be accepted for return.
- To initiate a return, contact info@pureamericanpeptides.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Pure American Peptides error.
